Manajemen Logistik memberikan perspektif manajemen praktis dari bidang-bidang logistik berikut seperti: distribusi, transportasi, pemenuhan pesanan, perencanaan penjualan dan operasi, mengimpor/mengekspor, logistik global, pengantar bagian logistik dari sistem ERP, logistik pihak ketiga, mengelola orang & perubahan dalam rantai pasokan, penghijauan rantai pasokan, indikator kinerja utama, dan teknologi rantai pasokan terbaru. Training Logistic Management ini dirancang untuk peserta yang memiliki kecenderungan kuat untuk pengalaman profesional di bidang logistik.
Untuk mempromosikan metode mendekati masalah bisnis dunia nyata, sebuah studi kasus terpadu dikembangkan untuk kursus ini di mana peserta menganalisis aspek sistem logistik dan bekerja dalam tim, para siswa menganalisis data pelanggan, pemasok dan inventaris untuk merekomendasikan tata letak gudang, sistem transportasi dan operator, dan lokasi pusat distribusi yang terkait dengan industri mereka.
